Every measurement I took with the blood pressure monitor was extremely high. I verified that I was doing it right via instructions. However, the monitor was not accurate at all.
I have doubts about the accuracy of the blood pressure monitor. I take my measurements correctly, but the readings fluctuate wildly. For example, I could have high blood pressure one second and low blood pressure five seconds later, and then an immediate reading could say I have healthy blood pressure. Which reading is accurate, as my blood pressure did not fluctuate that much in such a short span of time?
