I value the memory function of my blood pressure monitor. It is simple to access and saves all the data by date and time, numbering all the readings with the highest number, such as 38 being the last of 38 readings.
The machine can track readings for up to 4 users separately.
I have not been able to figure out the storage comparisons day to day nor the multiple people users. However, I keep track of it on paper and it works for me.

The Omron cuffs start for an arm of 9 inches, so if my arm is smaller than that, I can't use it. However, this blood pressure monitor is easy to use and will work for an arm of 8.6 inches.

The Omron cuffs don't fit on arms smaller than 9 inches, but this monitor is easy to use and works on arms with a circumference of 8.6 inches.

I compared my monitor with an accurate manual device calibrated by the doctor and found it consistently 20 points too high.
I have found that the readings on this BP monitor are consistently lower than my normal BP, which is a huge problem. I tested the accuracy of the machine against my normal reading and found that the systolic is running at least 20 points low and the diastolic 10 points low. The accuracy and precision of this blood-pressure-monitor is a major concern for me.
