The product is consistently accurate within 0.1 reading of my physician's office.
When I had my lab work done, the test kit was accurate.
I did two tests, one at 7.5 and the other an hour later at 6.8, indicating that the product is not accurate.
I compared the readings of the blood glucose monitor with my previous lab test results and found a discrepancy. I doubt the accuracy of this test and suggest that it is good for a ballpark estimate of A1C but not for an accurate result.

I took the second test the following day and got a reading of 6.2.
The device never gave me a number and flashed 'QL50' which is not mentioned in the booklet, indicating a problem with the battery life.
I can't trust the product again due to the discrepancy in the results.
