Taking only one vitamin each day is silly because the quantity of vitamins is very less.
The recommended amount of 3 capsules per day from a bottle of 60 capsules seems a bit pricey.
I expected the bottle of vitamins to be a 30 day supply but it turned out to be a 20 day supply.
