I can take 4 capsules per serving and there are 20 servings.
I was disappointed to find out that the dosage of the product is 3 tablets twice a day before the surgery and 4 twice a day after, despite the fact that I thought that the 80 tablets would last me a long time. This review expresses my negative feedback with respect to the quantity of blended-vitamin-mineral-supplements.
