The vitamin powder contains over 50 essential vitamins and minerals.
Finding the right balance of vitamins is magical. I have used this blended-vitamin-mineral-supplement and experienced the benefits.
The supplement contains essential vitamins like Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Zinc which are important for boosting my immune system.
The balance of vitamins in the powder is not as per the requirement. The fat soluble vitamin dosages (A,D,E) are way above what I should be taking unless I have a measured deficiency.
