About USA GEAR DSLR Camera Strap Chest Harness
Overall Feedback:
88% positive
83% appreciated the easy adjustability, though 17% found it difficult to fine-tune
The harness adjusts perfectly, holds the camera securely, releases the camera quickly, keeps the extra batts, lens cloth, and SD card handy, looks great, and is very comfortable to wear, even for long outings.
It took some time to adjust the fit, but now it is secure and staying put at the desired position.
The adjusting clips on my harness do not stay in place, especially when I have a heavy lens on the camera.
I cannot adjust the angle of the camera while shooting video due to the inflexibility of the harness.
I couldn't get the camera strap to hold the camera higher than my belt line while hiking, despite adjustments on the shoulder and attachment straps.
85% found the strap to be extremely comfortable, while 15% experienced fatigue
I suggest that women with larger bust size may find the straps uncomfortable coming across the chest.
The camera straps are uncomfortable for me and I have to take them off whenever I want to take a photo.
I found the product uncomfortable and switched to a different harness with a single shoulder strap.
78% liked the stylish design, while 22% thought it was unappealing.
I purchased the binocular-camera-camcorder-straps not for fashion, but for its functionality.
I returned the product the next day. The design is good but I would only recommend it for lightweight, inexpensive gear. The straps, buckles, and connectors are cheap looking and feeling. The connectors look cheap and light.
83% praised the strap's durability, but 17% had issues with wear and tear
I find the harness comfortable to wear for long outings and it securely holds the camera. It also has extra features like keeping extra batts, lens cloth, and SD card handy, making it durable.
The nylon straps on the harness are of the same or better quality than the ones that came with the camera.
I found the product at the perfect time because I had just upgraded to a heavier camera and knew my neck wouldn't be able to support it due to bouncing.
The metal rings broke under the weight of my rig as they were too weak.
88% found the strap easy to use
The harness is very comfortable and easy to use with neoprene on the shoulder part and a storage compartment for spare batteries or memory cards on each side with Velcro closures.
The product is easy to use and doesn't cause neck strain. Plus, there's no bouncing on the stomach due to big boobs.
I love the harness as it reduces strain in my neck and shoulders to the point where I forget I have my camera with me.
The camera works great, but lacks a quick-release setup for high/low shots.
I found the harness to be adjustable, secure, and comfortable to wear. It also conveniently holds extra batteries, lens cloth, and SD card. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.
78% praised the high-quality materials, but 22% thought they were subpar
The 4 pockets on the front are perfect for camera cards, glasses, wipes, medication and keys.
The nylon straps on the harness are better or at least the same as the ones on my camera's neck strap.
I am dissatisfied with the material quality of the straps, buckles and connector.
I advise thinking carefully about hanging expensive gear on the camera attachment-rings provided with the binocular-camera-camcorder-straps, as they may not be reliable enough.
84% liked the strap's stability
I never felt that the camera rig was not securely held by the strap.
The weight is distributed well and it doesn't cause achy neck or shifting from side to side like a conventional neck strap.
The harness adjusts perfectly, holds the camera securely, releases the camera quickly, keeps the extra batts, lens cloth, and SD card handy, looks great, and is very comfortable to wear, even for long outings.
The strap length is adjustable and it adjusts to the proper length on the back. The front has a quick length adjuster that can be used to reel in the camera closer.
