I am a full chested, average size torso tall woman and have adjusted it perfectly. It may be a problem for most people.
Adjusting the harness to a comfortable fit takes some time and is a bit crude. The velcro system makes it a bit difficult to get a precise fit, but it can be done with patience.

I have used Black Rapid straps for years because they are cool looking and easy to grab and shoot with. However, the harness is unattractive and too militant looking. When not looking through the viewfinder, the camera swings by my side and bangs into things, including my hip and thighs.
