The strap is adjustable to fit any hand size and rests comfortably against the topside of my hand.
I advise adjusting the strap snugly to avoid any issues.
Adjusting the straps takes some time, but once they are set, they stay in place.
The wrist strap portion tends to loosen on its own. It's been okay for me so far, but a little glue would permanently fix this.

The design is good, but there is a small issue with the bottom mounting screw. It should be flatter, with a wider diameter and placed in the center of the bracket for easy mounting on a tripod without removing it from the bottom of the camera.

The loop on the plate is a nice addon that complements the other rapid neck straps offered, but it adds more profile to the entire camera due to its huge size and sharp angle.
