I have organized 6 binders with these pockets for organizing insurance paperwork, investment statements, bank checkbooks and reconciliations, vehicle titles, etc.
There is no mechanism to keep the flap closed for the inside contents. Even after opening and closing it once, it stays slightly ajar.
