My personal preference is to use a heavy stick for breaking and a lighter stick for most other shots.
The cues I received are both 19 ounces, which matches the random weight range of 18 to 21 ounces stated in the description.
I used a long 5/16" allen wrench to find the weight distribution of the billiard-cue-sticks. I found that the weights were actually allen head bolts, 4" is 4 oz and are easy to remove. I cut all down to make four 17 oz cues and four 16 oz cues.
I received cue sticks of the same weight (21oz) instead of different weights as expected. Additionally, one of the cue sticks has a loose string on its handle.
