About Saris Fluid2 Indoor Bike Trainer, Smart Equipped Option
Overall Feedback:
81% positive
85% appreciated the adjustable design, but 15% had compatibility issues.
I can control the intensity of my effort by varying the gears on my bike or varying my cadence.
I fell off the bike because the trainer disengaged itself, indicating inadequate adjustability of the bike-resistance-trainer.
81% appreciated the sturdy construction, but 19% experienced durability issues.
The trainer is easy to assemble and heavy duty.
I am disappointed with the build quality of the Cycleops Fluid2 trainer. It is a significant downgrade from my previous experience with the Cycleops Fluid 1 Trainer. I have never seen a product degrade as much in terms of design, quality, and workmanship.
80% found it easy to install, but 20% had difficulties.
I completed the installation in just 20 minutes straight out of the box, and it was very easy.
During installation, I found that the resistance insert does not line up with both the end bracket holes, making it the worst aspect of the process.
85% liked the quiet operation, while 15% found it too noisy
The roller operates smoothly and quietly at an acceptable noise level in my house.
I have a trainer that is super quiet. My flatmate doesn't get woken up when I ride in the morning. I just have to make sure the bike chain is well oiled to keep the noise level down.
I got used to the whirring noise and it's not too bad.
The trainer I purchased is very smooth and quieter than the Portneer I returned immediately.
There is some noise, but it doesn't bother me as I live in a house.
The bike-resistance-trainer is relatively quiet, but it does make some noticeable noise.
The noise level is very loud with weird noises that kept going on and on. I had to turn up the TV volume a lot while using the trainer.
75% found it portable, but 25% had difficulties.
I recommend the Sari Fluid2 for anyone seeking a solid and quiet trainer.
I fell off the bike because the trainer disengaged.
74% praised the resistance level, but 26% found them too limited
The fluid resistance provides a realistic feel, similar to riding on the road. The resistance level increases as I work harder, just like in the real world.
I am disappointed with the resistance level of the bike-resistance-trainers as it does not simulate hills or vigorous sprints effectively.
I fell off the bike because the trainer disengaged itself. The resistance was not even that high and I am not overweight. My experience shows that the resistance level of the bike-trainer is not satisfactory.
76% appreciated the stable ride, but 24% experienced wobbling.
I highly recommend the Sari Fluid2 trainer for anyone seeking a stable, solid, and quiet trainer.
I fell off the bike because the trainer disengaged itself. The resistance was not even that high and I am not overweight. This indicates that the stability of the bike trainer is poor.
After just 5-10 minutes of riding, the bike wobbles in the stand and is not stable.
I added 1-1/8" long coupling nuts to each end of the rear axle and it solved the issue of getting my bike to fit the clamping device properly. It also centered the tire on the resistance roller.
