About LEZYNE Classic Floor Drive Bicycle Tire Pump
Overall Feedback:
71% positive
66% praised for its high air volume, while 34% found it lacking
I have checked the air volume of the pump while inflating a car tire and I am not sure if it would be the same for a bike tire that holds less overall air volume.
69% liked its compatibility with various valves
This pump is versatile and can be used for different bikes. It offers compatibility with various valve types, including Presta and Schrader, making it suitable for different bike setups.
I find that the bike pump screws on easily with a stable, secure and defined connection, and stays on.
68% praised for its durable construction
The pump is built to last with durable materials that withstand regular use. The steel barrel and piston ensure reliable performance, while the wooden handle adds a touch of classic elegance.
73% found it easy to use, but 27% struggled with the pump's stiffness
During use, I have found the pump to have a stable base and ergonomic handle, providing a comfortable and secure grip.
I find the pump beautiful and statuesque with a large dial to pump basketballs and soccer balls, but I won't use it for pumping bike tires anymore.
72% appreciated the comfortable grip, but 28% found it slippery
The pump has a stable base and an ergonomic handle, providing a comfortable and secure grip during use.
I have trouble getting a good seal and usually have to hold the valve with one hand, indicating poor grip comfort of the bike pump.
69% appreciated its compact design
The air hose is longer and flexible, making it easy to snake around bike parts and reach the valve stem.
The pump has a long hose and stands on its own without tipping.
69% praised for its precise gauge, while 31% found the gauge unreliable.
The oversized gauge ensures precise inflation every time with accurate pressure readings.
I have not faced any issue with the pressure gauge of my bike pump. I check the pressure with a hand-held air gauge when I am finished and it is very accurate.
When I thread the pump on, the air pressure in the tire holds the valve closed until the pressure is equalized in the pump.
I'm not sure where the rattle is coming from and I'm wondering if it's normal with Lezyme pumps.
I have checked the air volume of the pump while inflating a car tire and I am not sure if it would be the same for a bike tire that holds less overall air volume.
I find the size of the pump to be an issue and the valve has to be at the bottom of the wheel due to its short length, which could be really annoying with a car.
On my bike, the only way to install this was upside down.
