I noticed that the chain stays significantly cleaner with this lubricant compared to traditional liquid lubricants.

I found applying the lube to be super easy and recommend filling a bit over the water line on the side of the tub to agitate the waxes and lubes during the melting process.

I found that using the double boiler method, the bike-lube melts quickly and coats well.

This lube worked well on my first ride, making the chain silent and the drive train cleaner. I had to degrease and soak the chain prior to use, and the creators claim it's made up of paraffin and some dry lubes, possibly including teflon PTFE and Molybdenum. Excess paraffin flakes off initially, and the wax lube is only good for 500 miles, so I bought the expensive but reusable option. The manufacturer recommends supplementing with a wax-based lube, and I use the one available here, although Finish Line and White Lightning have their own wax-based products. Paraffin is the most efficient anti-friction available and also the longest lasting, especially in dry conditions according to friction-facts.com. I tried it on the Wipperman and it works as expected, keeping the drive train clean and lasting longer than most lubes. Some people report that wax-based lubes last longer in cold weather than during summer months.

I keep coming back to this product after trying out other wax type lubes. It works the best, lasts the longest and is relatively easy to use.
