The helmet is fairly light and the adjustment mechanism works well.
The Roc 5 cage is difficult to adjust smoothly and sticks down beneath the helmet rim, which is annoying. It cannot be moved up and down with one hand or while wearing. I personally faced this problem and suggest that maybe the one I received is defective.
