I prefer rubber straps on my handlebars and am dissatisfied with the mounting bracket. It comes with a plastic circular screw-in bracket with a flat rail on the top and two adapters that go inside the circle to adapt to different diameter handlebars.
I have complained that the light cannot be fine-tuned as it is fixed in the mount.
