I found the grips easy to install using the soapy water trick to easily slide them on.
I have provided a step-by-step guide on how to install the bike-grips. Apply a small amount of olive oil to the interior surface, both ends, and the metal handle bar, and then put on the grip as far as it will go. If necessary, use a rubber mallet to encourage the grip to go fully on.
I was able to install the grips with almost zero effort after applying rubbing alcohol to the handle bars and the inside of the grips.
