Loading and unloading with this rack is easy. I use it for my E bike.
The assembly process was fairly easy and it was easy to correct when I put things in the wrong direction.
The bike closest to me is easy to load by tilting the rack down with the easy to use handle, lowering the center post, and sliding off the top frame hook.
