I like how stable the rack is after tightening the final bolt during installation.
The bike rack tightens beautifully into the tow hitch receiver and is stable, giving me zero worries about my bike while driving.

The rack has an internal bike lock and a lock for the rack itself, which allows me to leave my bikes and vehicle unattended without worrying about theft.
I recommend not leaving the bike outside with the included security cable as professional bike thieves can cut it and steal the bike within a minute. I lost a bike in a similar situation with a similar security cable.
I gave 3 stars for security features as the bike security seems very minimal and someone could easily cut through the chain with a pair of wire/bolt cutters. However, the security of the rack attaching to the hitch is good.
