The bento-box feels cheap, creaks when opened and is difficult to maneuver, which is why I don't use it at all.
I have used this lunch box and compared it with other options. There are sturdier and cheaper lunch boxes available.

I like the large compartment and the ability to stack 2 together if needed more room.
The compartments are not very deep.
In the top compartment, I can only keep utensils and the bottom compartment can fit only one sandwich.
I find the compartments difficult to open and there is a constant risk of food flying out.

The wooden design of my bento box is beautiful and it comes with little chopsticks and utensils.
The bento-box design is good and it comes with its own cutlery. It is of higher quality than generic plastic containers, compact, and includes a divider and small box for sauce (which is leak proof from my experience).
The plastic divider does not slide in easily.
I didn't like the top wood design of the bento-box as it is actually plastic and doesn't look great up close.

The bento-box is easy to clean and maintain with just soap, water, and a quick wipe down. I wash it by hand every night, but it is also dishwasher safe.
