I found the installation process of this vise very easy and straightforward. I set it up where I wanted it on the workbench and installed it using 3 bolts, washers, and nuts I bought from home depot for a few dollars. It has stayed secured now for a few months without any issues.
I was about to purchase the Grizzly vise, but then I discovered the Wilton vise and I was sold on it. I would have preferred 180 degrees of swivel, but the 120 degrees was much better than the Grizzlys 90 degree swivel. After 6 months of use, I can honestly say that the 120 degree swivel has not once been limited the effectiveness of this vise.
