I have found that the duvet cover set is made of a cooling silk/satin type fabric. It helps me stay cool even though I tend to get hot all the time.
I find the material uncomfortable for hot sleepers as it is not breathable and does not wick moisture away.
The bedding-duvet-cover-set is not breathable at all. My partner and I got sweaty right away. It feels like sleeping under a rubber sheet.
