This duvet washed and dried beautifully, no shrinking or fading, and a light iron around the buttons for the first washing only. It feels like a well used linen fabric, excellent quality double stitching on each pillow sham as well as the duvet cover itself, right down to the well made coconut buttons with four holes in each for stitching strength. This feels as close to a 100% linen as I have felt in an almost half cotton fabric, and, without the large price tag for pure high quality linen. Excellent buy, very durable and will last for years with care.
