The design could cause pressure wounds, ulcers, and/or abrasions for people who are in recovery or bedbound.
It would be better if the wedge had a longer rectangle to elevate my legs and a wider cushion to avoid discomfort while staying on it in bed.

I had to figure out the best configuration for myself and what I was trying to accomplish, but the combinations of support are so numerous, there has to be one for most people and most situations. Once I found my setup after a day of trying things out, I could lay and work for 8-10 hours pretty much nonstop.
I paired the leg pillow with my old pregnancy pillow for added arm support and found it very helpful.
I can only use one big slanted head pillow with my other pillow to support and comfort because it moves around on the other wedges too much.
