The bed wedge is very comfortable and doesn't slide around the bed. The zippered cover is easy to remove/put on and it washes nicely. I have been using it for years and it still has its original shape with no squishing or flat spots. It holds up very well with no shrinkage.
I find the sleep comfortable and it helps with my neck and shoulders.
