After using it for 3 days, I found this bed wedge to be quite comfortable. It takes all the pressure off my lumbar and I can place a heat pad and ice pack on it comfortably. The pad is nice and firm with some give as I lay, but it cradles my spine comfortably.
The pillow is recommended for those who are not ready to commit to an adjustable bed base. It is really comfortable and helps with reflux or hip and back pain.
