I followed the washing instructions and air-dried the pillow cases while waiting for the pillow material to recover its shape and size.
I appreciate that the pillow has a removable outer pillow case that can be washed for hot sleepers.
Washing these pillows in top-down washing machines is not recommended as they are extremely challenging to remove after they absorb moisture.

The pillows are huge and very firm, but they are adjustable. You can remove or add filler material to get the best loft for your head/neck.
I had to remove some stuffing to make the pillow medium soft.
