I usually have to fold my pillow to support my head and still get pinched nerves in my neck and shoulder. But I was amazed how well the pillow kept my head in perfect alignment for me.
I was initially worried about the firmness level of the pillow and how it would hold up to the weight density of my head causing my head to pinch nerves in my neck. But I was wrong and I could tell that it supported my head without being hard. I also mentioned that the fact that I was able to adjust the fill level is amazing.
I can adjust the pillow by taking out handfuls of foam chunks to make it less firm.
I adjusted the firmness of the pillow by removing some of the filling. It is also a cooling pillow.
