One of my lead wires smoked and turned red while I was using the cable to jump start my truck. It was my fault for keeping the truck cranking for a long time. However, the cable was doing its job. The seller's customer service was very nice and polite and listened to me. They sent me a return shipping label so I could send the cable back and two days later I got new cables. I definitely recommend the seller.
