I found it easy to set up the charger for battery operation after installation.
I found it difficult to mount the NOCO to my scooter because it only has two indented holes on either side. I couldn't find the right brackets for the hole placement, so I ended up using heavy duty plastic tie wraps. Unfortunately, one of the tie wraps broke the first time I rode the scooter because the charger is so heavy. I redid it with stainless steel tie wraps and so far, they've held up.
