81% liked the portable design
I'm surprised by how light the charger is and compared it with the previous charger he had.
The charger is very light weight as compared to other chargers that he has used.
85% found it compatible with various devices
Using the 'repair' feature of the charger to bring back the battery to life. The battery was 3 years old and had not run in 2 years.
Using this charger for over two years and it has worked reasonably well on batteries from cars, motorcycles, and lawnmowers.
I'm using the charger to charge brand new Renorgy 100ah AGM batteries and also using it to repair his power chair 34mah 12v packs. He also mentioned that it is doing a decent job of it. He also mentioned that these are GEL packs.
80% were impressed with the fast charging speed, while 20% weren't
This charger takes just a couple of hours to top off the batteries, which is much faster than the trickle charger he was using earlier that was taking multiple days to charge the batteries.
The battery was charged rapidly from 40% to 60% in 15 or 20 minutes.
The user mentioned that the charger has a choice of amperage if you want faster charging and a quick start option too.
The charger was in absorption phase and initially it was charging at 10 amps but it was decreasing every couple of minutes. After one and a half hours, the user found that it was charging at 1.9 amps and still decreasing.
The charger claimed the battery was at 40%, but as soon as he hit the 'charge' button, he heard a 'BOOM' from the left-side of the charger, saw smoke and caught the unmistakable stench of burned wiring.
The user mentioned that the charger has different modes for charging at the right voltage for the weather.
