Overall Feedback:
77% positive
93% were impressed with the fast charging speed
At the 20 amp setting, my charger gets warm but not hot, indicating good charging speed and efficiency.
I used to charge my battery with another charger and it would only charge to 10.5V, causing my car to not start. However, with this charger, my battery charged to 12.1V and my car started fine.
92% found it compatible with various devices, but 8% didn't
I can use the charger with all my batteries, including lead acid, lithium, and lithium lifepo4 batteries. It even restored two old batteries.
Plug in the charger and turn it on before connecting the battery to prevent sparks. This is based on my experience.
If the device is not plugged in to power before connecting it to the battery, it will not sync up properly with the LifePO4 battery.
When I connected the charger correctly, it sparked which is not common in modern chargers that have special circuitry to prevent sparking even if incorrectly connected.
93% found it easy to use, but 7% found it difficult
At the 20 amp setting, the charger gets warm but not hot, which is a nice feature.
I have successfully brought a couple of batteries back to life using the repair function, which I thought were done for.
The charging percentage has been flashing 100% since I began charging and it's not accurate.
71% praised the built-in safety features, but 29% experienced issues
The repair feature of the charger brought my yellow top battery back to life.
The charger can handle all types of batteries including lead acid, lithium and lithium LiFePO4 batteries.
I noticed that the charger is not temperature based.
Connecting the battery to the charger without powering it on first can cause sparks, and repeated connections can damage the charger or the battery.
I returned the charger because it sparks when correctly connected to a 12V lead acid battery, which can cause an explosion and spray you with hydrochloric acid, destroying the battery.
The user mentioned that when he connected the dead battery with the charger, the LCD displayed 12Volts and 0 Amp on the battery. After charging the battery with their automatic mode (Not manual mode) for about 4 hours, the LCD displayed 14 Volts and 4.3 Amp.
The charger is designed to charge the lithium battery up to 85% to increase the battery life.
