I was initially disappointed with the pressure but found it to work great after removing the water restricter.
After removing the o-ring restrictor, I greatly improved the subpar pressure of the shower head out of the box.
To get warm/hot water, I have to almost fully open the handle to the hot side. A couple of clicks towards the hotter side were suggested.
