The product is of high quality with no cheap plastic parts and has the potential to last many years.
During the first use, the plastic parts inside the tub faucet broke and caused water to gush into the wall and pool in the ceiling downstairs.

Installing it was not difficult for me. I changed all the plumbing by myself and had both easy and hard experiences.
