I am looking for a shower head that can spray water from the wall while I use my handheld showerhead. I want a solid and sturdy showerhead that does not look cheap.

It is easy to install with great water flow and the center part is easy to remove from the larger shower head.
I am disappointed with the fixed position of the shower head. I am accustomed to tilting the head to the side while the shower warms up and being able to point the head straight down when rinsing my hair. This one points out at a 45-degree angle and does not tilt or move (except for the removable center).
