I had to use a rubber mallet and glove oil to loosen the semi-broken glove so that my son could easily open/close it.
The interior build of the mitts broke down at some point, making it unusable for my younger son and I had to buy a new one.

I find the glove versatile and suitable for pitchers and infielders, despite being intended for outfielders. I also like the Trapeze style of the glove.
