After putting the bark-collars on my puppy, she instantly stopped barking or whining.
I bought a bark-collar as a replacement to a similar one that was supposed to be waterproof, but found out it wasn't after washing poop off of it.

I want to avoid waking up my baby during naps because my dog barks at any car or noise.
The bark collars are super sensitive and go off when the dog shakes its head or the name tag jingles. I take off their regular collars when I put the bark collars on, but sometimes it goes off when they sneeze.
