About Katbite 200PCS 12x16 In Heavy Duty Flat Parchment Paper
Overall Feedback:
94% positive
86% appreciated that it's easy to clean, but 14% disagreed
The parchment paper is easy to remove and discard. I have ordered it for the second time.
Using parchment paper makes it easy to remove the desired number of pieces without sticking together.
Parchment paper is not grease-proof and absorbs fat, transmitting it to the pan underneath. It is not reusable, making the pans dirty and requiring washing.
When baking cookies, it's hard to slide the sheet off the pan because the parchment is heavier and the grease soaks right through, making cleanup messier.
I cannot reuse the sheets like I used to, indicating that the parchment is not reusable.
89% found it easy to use and place, but 11% had difficulty cutting it to size
I love using pre-cut parchment paper. It's so convenient to just pull one out and lay it on my baking sheet before getting to work.
I have started using parchment paper regularly. It has become handy for me to use it every night to save my dishes from caked on food.
I find that the cookie cutouts can be easily peeled off.
I have noticed that parchment paper is not grease-proof and absorbs fat, transmitting it to the pan underneath.
90% found it versatile, but 10% weren't satisfied
The parchment paper is not grease-proof and absorbs fat, transmitting it to the pan underneath. This makes it non-reusable and the pans get dirty and have to be washed.
When I baked the cookies with parchment paper, the edges turned out crushed and smelled burnt.
I am disappointed with the waxed paper, which is different from the previous parchment paper I loved from Katbite.
My previous pack of cookies did not bleed butter all over the sheet, but the current one does.
In the latest order, the paper quality has changed to waxed paper instead of parchment paper, which is disappointing.
The new version of the paper leaves a burned edge and smell on my baked goods.
The paper is thin and leaves an oil stain onto the pan.
87% liked the convenient sheet size and quantity, but 13% disagreed
The size of the parchment paper is perfect for standard restaurant burgers.
I use perfectly sized parchment paper every night to save my casseroles and baking dishes from caked on food.
The description was unclear. The 16x24 is a full sheet pan, not the half-sheet most home cooks use.
I have noticed that the quality of the product has changed for the worse. The paper is now thinner and feels like wax paper. Additionally, the new sheets are slightly smaller.
I received waxed paper instead of parchment paper with my recent order of 12x16 sheets.
I cut the paper to size for the nine by thirteen pan.
89% appreciated its high heat resistance, but 11% weren't satisfied
I used parchment sheets that are heat rated to over 400 F and my rolls baked perfectly on them.
I use parchment paper to line my baking sheet for baking cookies, pies, roasted vegetables, etc. I also use it to lay on the bottom of my cookie/bar plastic bin to avoid the treats sticking to the bottom and for easy cleanup.
The butter from cookies bleeds all over the sheet, indicating that our product may not have good temperature resistance.
The new version of our product leaves a burned edge and smell on my baked goods when I cut waxed paper.

These baking sheets are easy to clean and reuse. There is no need to scrub them and they don't burn the bottoms, making the holiday baking process easier for me.

Cleaning the air fryer is now easier with the help of parchment paper. I just throw away the paper and give the grill plate, basket, and fryer bin a light wash before putting them in the dishwasher.
