I used parchment sheets that are heat rated to over 400 F and my rolls baked perfectly on them.
I use parchment paper to line my baking sheet for baking cookies, pies, roasted vegetables, etc. I also use it to lay on the bottom of my cookie/bar plastic bin to avoid the treats sticking to the bottom and for easy cleanup.
The butter from cookies bleeds all over the sheet, indicating that our product may not have good temperature resistance.
The new version of our product leaves a burned edge and smell on my baked goods when I cut waxed paper.
