These oven liners are incredibly easy to clean. I have used them before the holidays and there were a few really nasty, sticky bubbled over kind of spills and they literally just FALL off. I have not had to clean or scrub the liner, I just pick it up, hold it over the sink and let the black blobs of hardened mystery goo drop off.
The baking mat is easy to clean. You can wipe it down with a damp cloth or rinse it off in the sink or oven without any scrubbing.
