About Dr. Brown's Breastfeeding Baby Bottles Options+ Wide-Neck Breast to Bottle Feeding Set
Overall Feedback:
88% positive
71% found it easy to clean and maintain
Every bottle comes with its own scrub brush and is easy to clean.
The vents in the new bottle are easier to clean than the old ones. The wider spaces allow for easy scrubbing with a bottle brush.
The bottle is sturdy and easy to clean. It is slightly heavier than other bottles, but the baby can still hold it comfortably. Additionally, it warms well and has a wide mouth and good nipple.
It works well in the existing Dr. Brown bottle warmer and sterilizer and is very easy to clean.
I found that cleaning the many pieces is not much extra work. I timed myself and found that it only adds 3 extra minutes to bottle cleaning.
72% praised the leak-proof design
The new options+ solve all previous leaking issues.
Initially, I faced leakage issues while feeding, but after following a specific process of opening the bottle and letting air out, there have been no leaks.
I used the Avent wide neck bottle with no issues of leaking.
73% appreciated the bpa-free and safe materials
The baby bottles have held up very well and their quality is great.
The quality of the bottles is still as expected from the Dr. Brown's brand.
The bottles are of good quality as they wash well and last long. It's better to invest in these bottles for a happy and long run with the baby instead of going for cheap ones.
The vent system is fantastic and the nipples are durable and flow just right.
73% liked the comfortable and soft nipple, but 27% found it too hard
I had no nipple confusion and took the bottle at the first attempt, indicating that the nipple design of the bottle is good and easy for me to use.
I transitioned to a new nipple design and my baby actually liked it better than the old one.
The new nipple design allows for a good latch without drawing air in from the sides.
I switched to Medela bottles that work like a breast nipple.
When I tilted down or pressed the bottle after a frustrating night feed, it produced a steady stream of water.
