The new nipple model is comfortable for the baby and allows for natural movement between breast and bottle. It is at the appropriate level for age (new 5), unlike the older model.

I love this design for thicker fluids like cereal for my 7-month-old daughter. The Y cut in the nipple makes it easier for thicker fluids to come out, but it is not so big that fluid will pour out on its own. My baby has to suck on the nipple for the fluid to come out, which is great to avoid a mess.
I like the new design of the nipple, despite many reviewers disliking it. I compared it with the old design and concluded that the new design appears to cater to newborns, especially those who are breastfeeding.
The shape of my nipple is great.
