I installed an automotive light bar on my 2015 F150. I ran a separate feed from the battery and used a harness with on-off switch and relay from Amazon. I tied it to the center pin of the trailer light connector so that the lights come on automatically when in reverse. I am happy with the end result and can see well at night.
