If the washer part/head of the rivet is bigger, it would be better as it sometimes just goes through the hole of the fender liner.
On the highway, the engine splash guard would flap around and cause vibration because some of the original clips were lost.
The clip is too small to hold the splash guard up, even though I assumed it would be compatible with my 2002 Nissan Altima and all Nissan cars.
