With these new bulbs, I can see the whole front of my neighbor's house across the street, about 50 yards away, as they light up the entire driveway.
I compared the brightness of OEM bulbs with JDM LEDs and found that JDM LEDs emit a bright white light with a hint of blue.
In pitch black conditions, the bulbs cast a light at least 80 feet behind.
I provided pictures to show the increase in illuminated area and the difference in brightness. The new bulbs are whiter and brighter compared to the surrounding lights which appear more amber.

All the LEDs I purchased from JDM ASTAR over the past 6 to 9 months have operated as expected.
The LED bulbs are perfect for my 2004 F150 FX4 Break Third Light as they come with an embedded chip, eliminating the need for a resistor even in FL hot climate.
The new bulbs are much brighter than the OEM bulbs. I can see the whole front of my neighbor's house across the street at a distance of about 50 yards.

I found the installation of the back-up light bulbs simple and did it myself.
I was able to install the LED myself with the help of YouTube, and it was quite simple.

The lights are very bright white in color and crisp.
I'm not sure about the 1000 lumen light they claim to have because I can't measure that, but it does make a great difference and lights a lot more. I also prefer the white look over the yellow light.
These JDM LEDs radiate a true and exceptionally bright white light with almost a blue hint, unlike the OEM bulbs which emit an opaque yellowish-white light.

The bulbs run under extreme temperatures and the resistors create a potential hazard on the truck roof top due to elevated heat.
These LED bulbs are worth every penny and are 10 times brighter than the OEM. They provide bright and clean white illumination, making it much easier to see what is behind the vehicle.
