The pulse oximeter has proven to be accurate on me, my 4 year old, and my daughter.
I tested the accuracy of the pulse oximeter and found it matched hospital grade equipment most of the time, with a deviation of -/+1.

I have used the product at least a hundred times and the battery is still working great.
After a year, if the reading is inaccurate, I suggest changing the battery even if the device doesn't show a sign. When I changed the batteries, the reading increased by 10 points from 83 to 93.
