I really like the adjustability of the light, especially the brightness and timer option. I have set it to the 24/7 lighting cycle and it feels natural to me.
At the color lights, I love the great light percentages and the way they cycle.
In this mode, I cannot adjust the light to any different setting.

I have noticed that the light has a cool feature where it turns off on its own at night and then starts with low orange light. Gradually, it adds more lights and reaches full spectrum afternoon. At night, the light goes off little by little, during the last hour or so, its just blue light before it turns off.

I find the light easy to operate and it functions well.
At first, I found the controller of the light a bit confusing, but the instructions and video provided by the seller were helpful. After trying it out, I found it quite easy to understand and set the 24/7 cycle. I also compared it with another light of the same style but different brand and found it a lot easier to set.
