Ankle weights are easy to use and put on. They stay in place during leg thrusts and lifts, even though they are not snug.
I could perform all of my leg lift exercises and walked for 10 minutes without any problems with these ankle weights.
I love the adjustability of these ankle weights. I can adjust the weight in small increments and use them for weightlifting and targeting smaller muscles like shoulders. A change in as little as 0.55 pounds can make a significant difference for certain exercises.
Ankle weights are not comfortable to wear with jeans as they rub against the fabric. It is recommended to wear them with gym shorts or similar material to avoid discomfort.
Adjusting the weight is easy, as I can add or remove the vinyl weight packs from the slots on the unit.
