About GERCHWAY Tire Inflator with Pressure Gauge and Longer Hose
Overall Feedback:
80% positive
77% praised for its precise readings, while 23% found it inconsistent.
Now I have an accurate gauge to ensure the pressures are where they need to be. The new gauge was spot on and the old gauge was 10 psi lower, which was scary.
The dial gauge is accurate and within 1psi of any other gauge I have used.
I noticed that the tire pressure seemed off when I first used this gage, so I compared it with others. I hooked it up with two refrigeration service gage sets (very accurate) to compare. The service gages were less than a psi difference over the range I tested (30-90psi), and this gage consistently read 2-3 psi higher, which was also what I had inferred from the other tire gages I was using.
85% praised the high-quality materials
I feel that the tool is high-quality and solid in my hand. The handle, trigger, gauge and hose are all made of high-quality material.
I have used many different tire inflators and never found one that is as well thought out and built as this one.
78% appreciated its rugged design
I didn't even know my old manual pressure gauge was worn out until I compared it to this one. This proves that the new gauge is more durable.
85% found it simple to operate
I found the trigger easy to use and the gauge reset feature convenient for releasing air while still connected to the tire, making it easy to achieve the desired pressure.
I find the valve stem clamps in the correct position and the handle easy to use, making it a winner.
74% liked the wide pressure range
I found the gauge to be accurate with a perfect range for inflating the tires to the recommended 61 psig.
Now I have an accurate gauge to ensure the pressures are where they need to be. The new gauge was spot on and the old gauge was 10 psi lower, which was scary.
I am unable to certify the accuracy of the gauge, but I recently filled some tires with a gas station unit and this gauge is close to what that said. Thus, it seems to be reasonably accurate based on my experience.
I was surprised at how accurate the tire pressure gauge was.
