The product really works and helped my husband manage chronic pain. I felt fatigued due to pain and restarted the medication as soon as it came. It took a couple of days for it to work again, but I am back to my optimum level now.
After taking alpha-lipoic acid, I experienced pain relief. Initially, I had no pain for the first five days, but then it started to come back slightly. However, after a week or two of taking ALA, there were a couple of days when the pain got worse during the day but not at night. Suddenly, the pain subsided substantially, and I have been mostly pain-free for almost a week. I have also noticed that the longer I take this stuff, the better it works.
