The strap tension adjustment is the easiest I have ever used. To adjust it, I push the button in the front bottom of the seat, pull the shoulder straps to loosen them, put the baby in the seat and buckle up the harness, then pull the strap on the adjuster at the bottom to make it tight with the harness at the armpits of the baby.
The seat is easy to install and adjust, and it's very light.
